The Mid Essex Primary Care Trust operates a clinic at Burnham-on-Crouch to provide some patient services without which patients would have to travel to Maldon.

the Clinic to help with hearing aid difficulties or queries. Please contact the Clinic

aid batteries and tubing are also distributed during clinic opening hours Referrals Your
GP, School Health Adviser or Health Visitor can refer you to one of the Specialist
Clinics held within the Clinic. You can also 'self refer' to our Podiatry service,
providing you meet the necessary criteria. Unless indicated, we cannot offer 'Drop

drops can be obtained from the Clinic during opening hours with Healthy Living
tokens. Complaints
or suggestions We
welcome any comments or suggestions you may have. If you have any particular
concerns there is a complaints procedure that can be followed. Details are given
on request from Reception staff. Access
to Health Records The
Access to Health Records Act of November 1991 gives you the right to read information
about you written by staff employed by the Trust and kept in your notes. Reception
staff will tell you how to obtain an Access request form. Help
